I currently work for the State of Oregon doing TMDL development and implementation work. TMDLs currently focus on Temperature, Dissolved Oxygen, bacteria, nutrients and others. My background includes work with the USGS in Sacramento, the The Nature Conservancy in McCloud Ca, regional government in SW Oregon. I have a BS in chemistry from the University of Illinois and a MS in Environmental Chemistry from UC Davis.
