Total Phosphorous: PO₄-P > 0.1 mg/L

Nitrate: NO₃-N > 1 mg/L or N:P ratio > 10:1

Ammonia: NH₃-N > 0.025 mg/L

E. coli: > 406 per 100 mL

Enterococci: > 108 per 100 mL

Toxicity: BIN >= 4
